Lemon CurdToday I made lemon curd. It was so fun and it tasted great. Lemon curd is originally English dating back to the early 1800’s. Here is the recipe I used. Perfect Lemon Curd Recipe The lemon curd I made I used on my toast for breakfast.
It was not a challenging recipe. It took only half an hour and made 1 2/3 of a cup. I really enjoyed making lemon curd I really want to make it again.

This looks delicious Caleb! It looks really easy too! We should think about some recipes that we can make when we get back to school in our kitchen. Was it sweet or sour?
